Nitrogen Storage and Handling Due Diligence Review
Various due diligence reviews regarding sensible practical precautions for safety concerns associated with liquid nitrogen in laboratory facilities.

Olympic Dam Fire Investigaions (184-02 & 03)
Investigation, analysis and recommendations regarding a blower explosion and CS-X fires.

Physical Asset Evaluation Tool (PAET) (326-01)
Originally developed for the Maintenance Network for BHP Billiton, the PAET was used to test the following:
    - That the plant could achieve the stated performance targets with an acceptable maintenance effort;
    - Ensure there is no overarching risk issues, and results are presented in a manner appropriate to relevant decision makers.

Safety Criticality Review (418-01)
A safety criticality review was completed focussing on manual tasks that had the potential to result in fatality or serious injury to ensure that all sensible practicable precautions are in place.

Sugar Silo Due Diligence Review (298-11)
A due diligence review of the process used to clean the residual sugar from a Port facility silo was completed. This was with particular regard to the operation of the remotely controlled front end loader giving rise to potential explosion hazards.
