R2A provides technical due diligence advice to risk educated clients for specific commissions.
Quality arises when a co-operative, competent group of people are collectively interested in what they do and for whom they do it. Consequences of an effective quality process include satisfied clients and loyal staff. Any useful quality processes needs to facilitate both quantum (business re-engineering) and incremental (TQM type processes) improvements.
Essential Quality Processes at R2A are:
As consulting engineers R2A conduct all work in accordance with the Code of Ethics of Engineers Australia. The Principals of R2A are Members of Engineers Australia and are able to practice internationally through mutual recognition with various institutions. All staff and associates are encouraged to become active members.

- 1. Project teams (minimum of two persons) assigned to all clients
- 2. Peer review for all studies and reports
- 3. Auditable documentation for the process of producing clients reports
- 4. Testing of all developed computer models against external criteria
- 5. Continuous document and software audit trails ultimately stored offsite
- 6. Staff and Associates assessments, training and development
